Standard Generator Warranty:

Daman Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Generators provides a warranty to the original purchaser only, that the product purchased shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty
period. The warranty is only valid with a corresponding receipt of purchase. The warranty period to the purchaser
commences on the payment date stated on the receipt of purchase of the generator.

Warranty Period for Commercial Use

1) The standard warranty on our standard Petrol / Diesel Generator Set is ____months .
2) Service warranty ________________No. of Visit____________
3) We will replace or repair at our option, without charge for parts at a place designated by us, any parts
covered found to be defective. (Engine side.)
3) It is also hugely reassuring to know that the core components of the engine – the cylinder block and the cylinder
head – have their own_____months but the generator must be operate on petrol / Diesel only.
4) This warranty does not obligate to bear any fees for transportation of any product to and from the place
designated for service.
5) You do have to service your engine in accordance with the recommended servicing method.
6) If purchaser require service at their door step , seller / company will charge fee according to the policy.
7) All dues must be cleared for warranty claim.
8) Incase generator damage due to any outside Panel device like ATS and etc., warranty of the gen-set will out
be oblige / claimable.
9) Door step warranty claim not applicable on portable Gen-set.
10) Visit charge applied Rs. 2,500/- (within city)
11) Outside visit charges Rs. 2500 plus visit cost applied. (advance)

Not included in your Extended Warranty:

1) Scheduled maintenance, every after 60 .
2) Repair of failures that result from customer abuse, neglect or misuse.
3) Product failures related to improper application, installation, storage or maintenance.
4) We will not cover parts that have been damaged or depreciated by misuse, abuse, poor or improper maintenance or transportation, rust or accident or service by an unauthorized facility. This warranty only covers the
unit sold, no warranty is assumed for direct or consequential damage as a result of malfunction.
5) Consumable parts such as filters, gaskets, panel meter and etc. are not covered and all expenses incurred in
maintaining them shall fall on the purchaser.
6) Electrical component have not covered under warranty claim.
7) Thirty party services or maintenance or any type of involvement will void the warranty law.

Service Warranty does not include parts / outside spare parts / Software and transportation.

• Labor and service charges include in service warranty
• Software installation cost will charge

Transportation cost, travelling cost and other related expense bear by the end user or customer.
